PRODUCTION COORDINATOR:
Singer Vehicle Design (SVD) :is seeking a Production Coordinator: to join our world-class team. A team that is redefining what an iconic performance automobile can be.
The Production Coordinator is a critical position within our team and reports to the Production Manager. This role is responsible for serving as a liaison between all internal organizations to ensure that materials and processes flow smoothly through the production area to meet stringent deadlines and quality standards.

The Production Coordinator is a critical position within our team and reports to the Production Manager. This role is responsible for serving as a liaison between all internal organizations to ensure that materials and processes flow smoothly through the production area to meet stringent deadlines and quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor, track, and move parts as required through the company to ensure timely delivery to next production location.
- Responsible for resource consumables and replenishment
- Responsible for resource floor stock items
- Assist production leadership and project teams with action item updates as required.
- Support production and inventory personnel with “return to stock.”
- Ensure parts are handled, packaged, and protected properly and within Singer specifications.
- Ensure that location accuracy is maintained within the shop and Singer inventory systems.
- Coordinate off-site processing of parts where necessary to ensure on-time delivery as required.
- Work with the planning, procurement, engineering, and production teams to ensure our MRP/ERP data is and remains clean and accurate.
- Support logistics process through the staging of the workflow as required.
- Support purchase requisition creation for supplies as required.
- Support tooling calibration scheduling and compliance
- Support projects or productivity development activities within assigned production cells
- Support management of material certifications as required – prevent the use of expired materials.
- Pickup and deliver from Singer facilities and vendors, as necessary.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS::
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience manufacturing or technical administration processes
- Strong computer skills, familiar with the full suite of MS Office products
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE::
- Experience in organizing, creating, and maintaining files and documents.
- Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems.
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, and/or manufacturing environments.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS::
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted for some assignments.
- Lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are generally required for some assignments.
- Must be able to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.
