Production Assembler

Stier Supply Company is currently seeking driven, self-motivated employees to join our Door Shop Production Line.

Hours: Full-time (Monday-Friday) starting at 7am

Pay Scale: Starting pay and pay increases are based on experience and additional requirements as determined by the manager.

• Starting pay - $13/hour
• 30 Day Review - potential $1 pay increase ($14/hour)
• 90 Day Review - potential $1 pay increase ($15/hour)

You will learn the following:

• How to build and frame interior and exterior doors
• The proper use of hand and power tools, including nail guns, saws, drills, and other tools required
• Gain hands-on experience while familiarzing yourself with the different types of materials and trim used in door manufacturing

Because this is an entry level position, we will train you!

Qualifications:

• Ability to use a nail gun is preferred, but not required
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Ability to read and use a tape measure
• A valid driver?s license and reliable transportation
• To be able to pass a drug and background test

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50-75lbs repetitively all day
• Ability to work in an uncontrolled environment (hot in the summers, cold in the winters)
