Production-1st Shift Furnace Operator-12 Hour Shift

Overview: Established in 1997 as a Dowa Japan business unit, Dowa THT America, Inc. an employer of under 100 employees, provides the customer a state of the art heat treatment environment, with fully automated carburizing and nitriding furnaces. Dowa's treated automotive parts are tested daily in our quality laboratory to ensure specified hardness requirements and the guarantee of consistent results.Responsibilities: Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Furnace Operator is responsible for all furnace checks, gas checks, and log recordings; loading of furnaces and unloading per recipe and alarm; providing additional support to part setting as is necessary.This is a 12 hour shift with rotating weekends. 5:00 am to 5:00 pmQualifications: The successful candidate will have a:

• High School education or equivalent.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs. intermittently.
• Ability to stand for 12 hours and work every other weekend.
• Respect for and adherence to safety guidelines.

This is a 12 hour shift with rotating weekends. 5:00 am to 5:00 pm.
