The Job Details:

As a Product Operations Manager you'll be a centerpiece of information, working closely with sales, customer success, delivery, customers, product, and technology teams to understand customer needs, solve problems, and share data. As a trusted Product expert, you'll provide guidance and support on existing functionality, collect feedback that informs our Product Roadmap, and something something

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a conduit of information between Product, Technology, Growth, and Delivery teams, creating and supporting scalable processes
  • Maintain a deep understanding of system capabilities and execute operational strategy roadmap for system/process enhancements.
  • Support Enablement activities, curating and generating collateral for training and product positioning
  • Communicate with clients to help understand use cases and provide feedback for Product and Technology teams
  • Identify opportunities and lead efforts to enhance the customer experience, increase customer satisfaction, and reduce operational costs
  • Provide training, escalation, and oversight to customer-facing teams
  • Prepare and execute client and executive-level summaries/visuals
  • Execute implementation of new operational capabilities and other special projects as defined by your leader and changing needs of the business

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Product Operations Manager or similar Product Management role, preferably working with a SaaS product
  • Self-starter who can develop and deliver operational strategy as well as perform the day-to-day management
  • Client communication and Cross-functional communication skills
  • Ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Highly organized and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Experience with Logistics Industry a plus
