Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 9 years of experience in product strategy, business planning, management consulting, or product marketing
  • 4 years of experience in cloud or SaaS technology companies
  • Experience evaluating experiences from a user’s point of view

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in computer science or engineering
  • Experience working in enterprise technology in a global role
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple dependencies
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent writing and structured thinking skills
About the job

In this role, you will partner across organizations within Google Cloud, including Developer Relations, Engineering, Product Management, Field Sales, and Marketing to build and execute Google Cloud’s engagement model with developers and technical practitioners.

You will create and scale content series of live and interactive technical webinars and AMAs to help developers acquire skills, create novel in-person Google Cloud events for developers globally to facilitate their learning and growth, setting the strategy for Google Cloud’s participation in third-party developer events, defining engagement models with developer communities around the world, and coordinating with regional teams to scale programs such as Google Cloud Innovators globally for all audiences.

You will contribute to a consolidated and unified value proposition for developers, leveraging the Google Cloud Innovators brand to build fandom and excitement in the external community, while offering tangible benefits to members.

On this team you will use your skills to look at experiences through the visuals of developers and end-users, helping us consistently deliver with quality and unity, creating experiences for developers of all stages.

  • Identify and engage with key developer communities around the world to build partnerships with Google Cloud.
