We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager for our Camera Business team! As a part of our Camera Business team you’ll work with cross-functional team members to develop the strategy and go-to-market launch of Snap’s camera features, platforms and services for businesses - including augmented reality Lenses, visual search capabilities, and creative tools like Stickers and Filters.

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with product leaders and cross-functional teams on initiatives to define the vision of where we want to go, how we get there and the tradeoffs associated

  • Lead extensive market research to identify new opportunities through structured analysis, market trends, competitive benchmarking, quantitative & qualitative feedback, and influence our Camera Business product roadmap

  • GTM Planning and coordination to ensure alignment and successful launch of business products, tools, features and services

  • Be a recognized expert of the Augmented Reality space and collaborate with a group of Product Managers, Designers & Partnerships Managers to develop and execute global go to market strategies, including product positioning, narrative, internal communications and marketing activations

  • Be a self starter team player who can lead, coordinate and drive successful alignment across wide cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Communications, Sales, Partnerships, Support, and Localization, with minimal guidance

  • Inspire and educate both internal and external teams on Snap’s camera solutions for businesses

  • Build frameworks and processes to structure conversations, create & socialize activation initiatives, and drive alignment at each level of the company, from peers to senior leadership

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of the augmented reality ecosystem dynamics and constraints, from the products and tools creators & developers use to build an audience, to the ways they effectively monetize

  • Extensive go to market strategy & planning experience

  • Effective written and verbal communication

  • Able to prioritize duties and work well on your own

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in business, economics, psychology, or other related field, or equivalent years of practical experience

  • 5+ years professional experience in product marketing, product management, strategy consulting or other relevant digital marketing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's of Business Administration

  • Strong track record of launching products and driving global adoption

  • Experience working with developers and/or creators

  • Experience in the AR/VR industry

  • Experience working with both internal and external partners
