What you will do:

Our Carrier Strategy & Demand Planning team is seeking a Product Analyst to coordinate the production, inventory supply, kitting and distribution materials for vendor partners and fulfillment facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct (From order creation to go/no go decision) First Article Inspection process to ensure that all different BOM variants are properly reviewed and in compliance with the Demand Planning and Retail Product Development records as well as the OFS BOM set up. Coordinate with Carrier Operations, Logistics and Data Services to ensure product is prepared for inspection.
• Perform bulk analysis to ensure all BOM items are available for kitting, and request transfers, etc. to consolidate all inventory (handsets and collateral), creating efficiencies in utilizing all inventory.
• Maintain metrics and reporting to track FAI from order form approval, order creation, fulfillment, shipment tracking, inspection, results, and any follow up procedures as needed.
• Review and report discrepancies associated to the Bill of Materials (BOM).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience . Major in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
• 1-2 years of logistics, procurement, quality assurance or product management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• MS-Excel Computer proficiency is a must.
