Procurement Data Analyst

Design To Delivery Inc is looking for a Procurement Data Analyst to support the contracting department at Naval Surface Warfare Center in Crane, Indiana. The qualified individual will be customer-focused and team-oriented that is able to independently solve complex, analytical problems with innovative approaches and solutions.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This position(s) will be 100% remote but candidate must reside in Indiana, Florida, Maryland, Virginia, or DC.
Tasks include:

• Interface with customers across departments related to analysis and reporting

• Compile and analyze data requirements

• Utilize advanced MS Excel, Access and Power BI on various data sources to manipulate data and generate standard and ad-hoc reports

• Collect and analyze data for purposes of determining trends in performance, revealing both effective and ineffective processes, and determining potential areas of metric consolidation based on similar/same metrics and/or customers

• Provide recommendations for process improvement

• Understand the business rules relating to required entry and ensure output reports are reviewed for accuracy and make recommendations for improvement

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or equivalent field
• Must have at least 4 years of experience working with complex federal acquisitions
• Must have Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
• Must have experience collecting, analyzing and reporting data on business operations
• Must be proficient with MS Office products to include Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Must have advanced Excel and MS Power BI skills to develop ad hoc reports (e.g., pivot tables, macros, etc).
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to interact professionally and collaboratively with others exhibiting decorum and discretion at all times
• Individual must be self-motivated, a fast learner and able to complete tasks with minimal direction and supervision
• Must be a US Citizen
