Job Description

"Processing Specialist IV is a subject matter expert and has senior level knowledge in Operator functions. Able to perform or support in functions associated with Processing Specialist I, II & III in Operator roles.

Operator: Multifunctional role with the ability to work on various opening/scanning machines.

May perform duties in the following areas:

• Act as a backup to Lead
• Maintain and execute control processes to ensure all client work is deposited and transmitted
• Perform QC checks to assure quality and process adherence
• Acts as subject matter expert displaying a broad understanding of department processes and client standards.
• Monitors and trains other associates on systems and processes."

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

Schedule

• 3rd shift
• Flexibility to work weekends

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 18+ years of age
• Ability to lift to 25 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time (is this required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with Lockbox or Remittance Processing, including I-Tran, IMBL, OPEX 30, 40, 50/51, Falcon.
• Technical or Associates level education
• 18+ months of experience as a Processing Specialist
