Job Description

Details from manager: Contractors will be wearing a lot PPE as they will be working in a pharma powder room working with hazardous material. Contractor will be active and on their feet the majority of their shift and will operate and maintain milling equipment. The equipment can be heavy and contractor must be willing to lift up to 40-50 lbs. A consistent work history and reliable work ethic is required. Willing to train and help individuals that are eager to learn. Individual must have the ability to read and execute instructions and documentation skills.

I. Position Overview:

The Process Operator micronize\mills client provided material including both active pharmaceutical
ingredients and excipients as per client Micron Technologies procedures and policies, client instructions
and cGMP guidelines. Consistently models client values and leadership behaviors in all interactions.

II. Essential Functions:

  • Micronization and milling of pharmaceutical actives and excipients.
  • Assembly, operation and maintenance of milling equipment.
  • Cleaning of the entire processing area and processing equipment.
  • Execution of batch records requirements and instructions including documentation of all required entries and non-conformance issues during processing.
  • Thorough & consistent documentation techniques
  • Carry out all duties in line with the procedures and policies set forth by client Micron

III. Position Requirements:

Education or Equivalent:
High School Diploma or GED
Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
