Now Hiring! RN's or LPN's for Medically Complex Pediatrics | Flexible shifts/hours

$2000 Sign on Bonus for full time

Alliance Nursing is currently searching for Nurses who are just as passionate as we are about providing the best care possible for our fragile clients. Working with medically complex infants, children and young adults, you will not only get to know the clients personally, but their family/guardians, physicians and entire medical team.

Each client has a plan of care specifically tailored to them and as their nurse, you will provide your knowledge and skills as well. From the initial "Meet and Greet" to your first orientation shift in the home, you will have 24/7 Clinical Support and hands on paid training with a Clinical Supervisor.

This client loves to dance along with music, with the full assistance of his caregivers! He enjoys listening to stories and watching movies. His Mom and Grandma are his caregivers and he really loves his nurses! Vent/Trach, IV dependent and such a joy to care for. There are night shifts open to help this family with some rest.

Here is what you can help with:
NIGHTS: Sunday and Monday | 11pm - 7am | Part Time

You will receive paid classroom training on vent and trach's as well as paid on the job training with our Clinical Supervisor. Not only is this an opportunity to learn new skills, it is an amazing chance to help this little one and her guardian.


Skills you will learn:

  • Mechanical Vent Monitoring and Troubleshooting
  • Tracheostomy Care
  • Complex Respiratory Support
  • Nursing interventions for seizure disorders
  • Medication administration
  • IV Therapy
