Print Production Specialist / Graphic Designer

Job Description

The Print Production Specialist / Graphic Designer is required to perform many functions within the store, including, but not limited to, basic printing bindery including cutting, drilling, folding etc, producing print production layouts, illustrations, and visuals using graphic design software and other duties as requested. This employee also maintains quality standards and prepress files.

· PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT IN A PRINT SHOP IS A PLUS

MUST BE PROFICIENT WITH:

· Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)

· Microsoft Office

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE WITH:

· Fiery Command Workstation and Impose

· Xerox Digital Presses

· Baum Folding Machines

· Triumph Cutting Machines

· Lamination Machines

· Epson Wide Format Printers

· Graphic Whizard Creasers

· Challenge Brand Padding Machine

Having experience in a print shop environment is extremely helpful but not necessary, training will be offered on print production machines and processes. If you have past experience in a print shop, PLEASE list your experience with print production machines, and your knowledge of said machines.
