The Strategy, Digital and Innovation (SDI) team forges the strategic direction of Wells Fargo, provides and manages our digital foundation and common capabilities, and transforms our business models to meet evolving customer needs and grow the company. The investments we are making will help the company create innovative digital banking experiences and make it easier for customers to achieve their financial goals.

The Digital, Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking group is looking for a senior manager to join the Commercial Electronic Office® (CEO) product team. As the product management group responsible for the channel, digital experiences, and shared capabilities supporting our commercial and corporate customers, our team leads product development for the award-winning CEO portal and CEO Mobile iOS and Android apps, along with shared services for authentication, alerts, content management, entitlements, UI frameworks, and others.

The Principal Digital Product Manager for Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment banking will own the overall roadmap and end-to-end execution in creating and delivering transformational experiences that help customers manage their product interactions digitally on the CEO portal. This manager will have direct responsibility for specific portfolio within the individual journeys on CEO such as money movement, capital markets, lending, fraud management or core experiences, rationalizing those that are already actively used by customers while designing and rolling out new customer-centric composite model.

In this role, you will:
  • Act as a top subject matter expert to lead digital products, initiatives, for a functional area within the digital environment with enterprise impact, high risk and/or with significant scope, cost, and benefits
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant development and execution of digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact across multiple areas or the enterprise
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, broad-reaching, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Coordinate highly complex activities and resolution
  • Provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
  • Influence, digital strategy for the business line or enterprise that significantly impacts the organization's business and financial operations
  • Strategically lead all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership
  • Represent the company externally in industry networking and trade and technical events
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 10+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with digital product development on payment products and rails,
  • Fluent with operating in a scaled agile environment, ideally managing product owners
  • Strong customer interaction ability to participate in customer research and engagements
  • Strong relationship development and negotiation skills with global cross functional stakeholders
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • MBA preferred

Pay Range

$144,400.00 - $300,000.00 Annual
