Job Description
Towers Crescent (12066), United States of America, Vienna, Virginia

Principal Associate, Talent Acquisition Change Management Strategist

About the Team:

Our Talent Acquisition Change Management team consults on initiatives impacting recruiting processes, platforms and policies. We serve as advocates for our end users, including recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers and, of course, our candidates. We balance organizational goals and priorities with end-user impact to inform how and when innovation is brought to life, aiming to avoid change fatigue.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Change Management Strategist to consult on complex initiatives, helping shape the outcome without ever needing to be a deep subject matter expert. You’ll influence project direction, curate and drive change management strategies, deeply understand team and stakeholder needs, develop communications plans, produce engaging collateral for internal communication channels, and more. Ultimately, you’ll connect associates across the enterprise to our goals and build their confidence about their ability to adopt new tools, platforms, and practices we’re launching to support our recruiting efforts.

What we’re looking for:

  • A creative problem solver with the ability to connect teams, workstreams, and ideas

  • A curious mind who isn’t afraid to ask tough questions, get to the root of issues, and jump into new territory with openness and curiosity

  • A change expert who knows how to bring people along on the journey by addressing their concerns and helping them see the light at the end of the tunnel

  • A dot-connector who draws synergies between different teams and bodies of work with a lens for up and downstream impacts to influence the final outcome of an effort

  • An advocate for their ideas who feels empowered influencing senior leaders and peers alike

  • A strong writer who can adapt tone and personality to seamlessly shift between writing snackable copy, to long form content, to informational email communications

  • A team player who approaches assignments from a customer-centric perspective, while also understanding higher-level business objectives

You’ll love your job the most if you:

  • Take initiative, aren’t afraid to fail, ask thoughtful questions, and constantly seek better ways of working and communicating

  • Are comfortable working in the unknown, digging deeper to make sense of the gray space, and creating clear recommendations without having to be the expert

  • Thrive in a collaborative environment with cross-team engagement while also being comfortable working independently

  • Have a clear understanding of tone and the ability to quickly adapt your writing style with no pride of ownership

  • Work quickly without compromising quality, knowing that iteration and testing are just part of creating exceptional experiences

  • Feel confident balancing short-term tactical work and long-term planning without losing track of top priorities and the big picture

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of change management or project management experience

  • At least 3 years of communications experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in process management

  • Prosci Change Manager Certification

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruiting operations or human resources

  • At least 1 year of experience in financial services or other highly regulated industry
