Here's what you'll do:
Someone who loves cooking! You're someone who is consistently productive and has an eye for the important details. Being able to hang in a fast paced environment is vital, and if you have prior experience to prove it, that's even better. Speaking and understanding English is preferred, and so is being comfortable standing for long periods of time. You'll need to show off your muscles from time to time, so be able to lift up to 50 pounds. A great attitude and the flexibility in your schedule to work weekends and some holidays are the last ingredients to enter the #CienLife.

Here's what you'll do:
- Prepare amazing dishes from scratch following our recipes to produce consistent results
- Know and comply consistently with standard cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen practices
- Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items using ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment
- Portion all the products, follow the recipes, and always make sure the plate presentation looks great
- Keep it clean! Follow the sanitation standards, make sure your work station stays clean and organized, and follow all of the food handling standards
