As a Residency Pre Sales Architect you will grow bookings and revenue for Residency (Staff Aug) Services through the sales of IT services to clientele within the US. This individual will work in collaboration with field sales teams and national service sales teams and drive accurate booking and revenue forecasts.


What you’ll do at Insight:

  • Partner with Solutions Executives (SE) and Client Executives (CE) to introduce Residency solutions to their current and prospect business.
  • Develop and design Residency solutions, scope, support selling cycle, develop proposals, and present solutions to clients.
  • Manage CWF residency opportunity pipeline.
  • Work with customers to understand their staffing needs, review customer provided job descriptions, and provide clear candidate requirements to our recruiting team.
  • Review candidate resumes and present potential candidates to customers, where required.
  • Develop and deliver presentations.
  • Assist with Residency SOW and pricing models within region.
  • Establish “trusted advisor” relationships at client Executive levels.
  • Proactively develop new business through directly establishing relationships with new customers.
  • Promote Residency solutions portfolio internally and externally to prospective clients.
  • Generate and qualify opportunities working with new and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and client representatives.
  • Provides staffing and delivery leadership for the Residency Practice at the pre-and/or post sales level.
  • Manage Regional Delivery Team including ownership of quality of candidates at current job opportunities.
  • Provides input into the development of the Residency Practice policies, procedures, standards and strategies.
  • Integrate industry knowledge into practical delivery tactics, techniques and procedures.
  • Own sales enablement, delivery management, and issue resolution.
  • Responsible for proactively reviewing contracts & take action on opportunities for renewals.
  • Manage to KPIs regarding delivery times and delivery quality.
  • Leverage staffing and recruiting experience gained in an IT field to support opportunities for Field Deployments, Managed Services, Deskside support, and other related services
  • Support and deliver customer presentations, proposal for those services.
  • Understand customer requirements and match to Insight service offerings to capture scope and drive pricing tools.
  • Manage the SOW process for specific opportunities from templates of services to match customer requirements in conjunction with SE/CE.
  • Proactively manage pipeline of opportunities, scheduling with customers and internal resources, to progress sales opportunities to completion.
