For Whom/What Responsible:
Office secretarial tasks assigned by the principal(s).

Qualifications:
Degree: High School diploma.

Preferred Experience:
Two years related experience preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:
Various assigned secretarial tasks associated with the smooth operation of the school building.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Administrative Assistant for post-secondary programs.
  • Enrollment, Registrar and maintain permanent records for post-secondary programs.
  • Maintain attendance records and file sets in PowerSchool for post-secondary programs.
  • Process financial aid paperwork. Stay current on all Federal updated regarding financial aid.
  • Complete Federal reports as needed.
  • Coordinate Community Education classes.
  • Back up for Director’s Secretary as needed.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Compensation is according to the non-certified salary schedule and based upon position category, experience and years of service. Non-certified benefits are offered according to full versus part time status, and explained in the district's benefit brochure.

EVALUATION
Performance of this position will be evaluated by the Principal in accordance with board policies of the Warrensburg School District.
