Overview: Polinger Company is looking for a full-time Porter for Rollins Park Apartments. Rollins is a 539 unit garden community in Rockville, MD. It's located just blocks from the Metro, Rollins Park offers apartment homes in Rockville, MD with easy access to Washington, DC. These spacious one, two and three bedroom apartments and townhomes have been beautifully renovated and offer fantastic amenities including walk-in closets, gourmet kitchens, and private patios or balconies.Responsibilities: Duties include walking the property grounds daily, sweeping, picking up trash, and cleaning the buildings. Assisting with snow removal and other outside work is required. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work weekends.Qualifications: The right candidate must possess a minimum of one (1) year experience in property and turnover cleaning. Some maintenance experience is necessary.
