Includes rotating on call duties.You Will Be Responsible For: Exceptional Patient Care: Supports the THOfNE Regional VP, ICO and Director of Investigations/Policy in the ongoing development of ICP strategic planning and operation of a uniform policy management system.Excellent Communicator: Reports on a regular basis to the Director of Investigations / Policy. Supports the standardization and regionalization of hospital policies across Trinity Health Of New England.Strong Educator: Sets goals and develops timely, appropriate and actionable plans, including adequate milestones and measurements for accomplishing them.Active Teamwork: Facilitates meetings with appropriate colleagues for the review and update of policies in their respective areas.Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree requiredProject management including the maintenance of a software tracking toolTwo to four years of experience in a hospital settingPreferred Skills: Must possess strong organizational and planning skills to prioritize multiple tasks and perform them both accurately and simultaneously. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the ministries. Strong analytic and computer skills, including word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Must possess a strong knowledge of the hospital environment and policy development.
