Overview


Role Purpose

Responsible for leading planning on capital projects for hospitals and service organizations in a manner that is consistent with and meets the strategic priorities of BJC HealthCare.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning strategic capital construction projects to achieve desired project goals and business outcomes in support of BJC's mission and values.
  • Act as an internal consultant to guide hospitals and service organizations in strategic capital planning decision making.
  • Provide support to leadership on research and intelligence related to health care design and construction best practices at the local and national level.

Minimum Requirements


Degree

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Architecture/Business/related


Experience

  • 2-5 years


Supervisor Experience

  • No Experience
