- Greet fans on the concourse at every home game and assist with potential giveaways
- Assist with all in-game promotions
- Engage prospective and current fans of the RailRiders by assisting with game activities including greeting fans, giveaway distribution, national anthem, first pitches, little league parades, kids run the bases, crowd interaction, etc.
- Increase fan engagement by performing on dugouts and field for in-game promotions
- Help out with CHAMP (mascot) during the game
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be an outgoing and energetic person
- Must be able to work 75% of all RailRiders home games
- Flexibility to respond to many different situations
