Job Description
Overview: PennyMac is seeking a Physical Access Coordinator who will help provide administrative support to PennyMac's Security Division. This role is responsible for assisting in carrying out administrative details involved in the day to day operations of the business. Responsible for routine administrative work of limited scope and responsibility.Job Description:
  • Perform general office work
  • Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages
  • Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail
  • Conduct meeting and room planning
  • Perform administrative duties including printing documents, photo copying, faxing, binding/assembling presentations books and meeting documents
  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer
  • Interact with other departments when needed to complete tasks
  • Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints as needed
  • Process and manage company forms and paperwork
  • May support space planning
  • May support facilities issues: roof, bathrooms etc. Order break room supplies, beverages, ice machines, vending etc
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
Ideal Candidate will have the following::
  • Must be discreet and maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and other matters that one might see or encounter
  • Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
  • Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
  • Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment
  • Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
  • Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management
Years of Experience: : 1 Education:: High School Diploma/GED
