ACL is searching for an energetic, self-motivated phlebotomist to join our dynamic team.

  • Location: Float
  • 1st Shift
  • Full-Time
  • 40 hours/week
  • Weekend, Holiday and On-Call Rotation

As a Phlebotomy Services Rep your job responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Collection of blood and urine samples from all age groups
  • Collection of Forensics and Federal drug screen
  • Proper identification and accurate labeling of patient’s samples
  • Process samples by centrifuging and pouring off serum/plasma
  • Working with laboratory information system
  • Process and collect billing payments
  • Stocks and organizes laboratory supplies and maintains company inventory records
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
  • Respects and follows patient confidentiality laws

Skills and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations within a 36-month period
  • Computer Knowledge
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and irregular hours as needed
