Job Description

Our Pharmaceutical Sales teams are growing! We have an exciting opportunity for Hybrid Sales Representatives. These highly professional and motivated sales representatives will engage both face to face and remotely with our clients’ HCPs and staff. We’re looking for people that have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years of successful medical/pharma field sales experience
  • Oncology supportive care product experience preferred
  • Specialty product or launch experience a plus
  • Strong technology skills and experience with remote platforms (ex, Veeva Engage)
  • Ability to manage large territory

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Manage daily sales activity with objective to increase product sales.
  • Maintain call productivity and metrics that are required by program.
  • Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the assigned product(s), program messaging and the approved guidelines
  • Establishes and maintains professional relationships with targeted HCP and staff.
  • Execute call plans inclusive of call preparation, lead qualification, delivery of key message(s), objection handling and close.
  • Perform outgoing calls in a professional manner following client guidelines and business rules.
  • Achieve and/or exceed sales quotas or objectives.
  • Effectively use the designated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and other technology tools.
  • Establish and maintain open dialogue and effective communication with leadership.
  • Maintain excellent call quality standards per company policy and adhere to all client call guidelines.
  • Adhere to all Company policies and standard operating procedures
  • Successfully complete all required company, program and product training.
  • Attend staff meetings and client requested conference calls.

Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, clinical and professional journals, technical procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft products. Furthermore, an individual should have an ease with learning new software and technology tools.

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
