Personal Care Assistant

MALE CAREGIVER PREFERED

Full time case for 14 y/o male in Palm Beach Gardens, with autism and other intellectual/developmental disabilities.

This consumer does dispay some behavior issues during the first few days. Family will also be available when needed to assist.

-CNA License or HHA certificate (75 hours minimum) from an approved school

-Level 2 background screening

-CPR

-Physical/TB

-All in Services ( Hippa, OSHA, Domestic Violence, Infection Control, HIV)

-High School Diploma

-Florida driver's license or photo ID

-Social Security card (must provide working papers if authorization needed)

-Resume

-2 letters of recommendation

-Auto insurance & Auto registration if providing transportation

-Professional Liability Insurance

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $11.00 - $12.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
