Job Description

We are a boutique property management & design company looking for on-the-ground support to manage operations on the interior of the homes to ensure quality for our incoming guests. This includes, but is not limited to, inspecting cleanliness, troubleshooting maintenance and basic wifi/TV issues, staging the home, communicating with guests, stocking supplies, organizing and inventorying, and assisting with in-office work.

We are a small business with the opportunity to grow and looking for someone to help us with the day to day so we may work on expanding our business.

Must have reliable transportation, excellent communication and customer service skills, and an eye for perfection.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • On call
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Fort Lauderdale, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
