Personal Assistant

We are looking for a Part-time or Full-time Personal Assistant for our founders & CEO to help manage our office / chores from Monday to Friday.

• Assist owners of the company with time scheduling, admin/paperwork, answering phones/emails, shipping from 11am to 4pm weekdays. Hours flexible.
• Run personal errands from 8am to 6pm weekdays including organizing office, shipping and shopping etc.
• Able to drive car (big SUV is a plus)

Job Qualification

• Prior experience and references will be vetted
• CPR training is a plus, but not a must
• Must have a driver license
• Bilingual is a preferred; Chinese speaking ideal.'

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $1,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
