Job Description

Tend to my daily personal and business errands, keep up with my schedule and stay organized. Need to be a people person with good communication skills and is tech savvy. Having good writing and oral skills is a plus Would prefer someone who has a graduated college, has their own car and no other obligations. Need to be available as needed, anytime by phone or in-person. To be more specific:

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong time-management and organization skills
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
  • Help with daily time management
  • Run errands as requested
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
  • Coordinate events and speaking engagements
  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $500.00 - $600.00 per week
