Ledger’s current revenue is nearly 200 million Euros and is set to more than double in 2022, supported by a recruitment plan of over 750 people.
Ledger is looking for its US People Business Partner to support the growth of the local teams and act as an ambassador for the People team in the region. This also is an opportunity to lead HR solutions in the region, ensuring high caliber HR processes and people-centered policies adapted to the local market. Most importantly, the HRBP will ensure a strong OneLedger culture in the context of a fast-growing scale up.
Based ideally in NYC, or on the East Coast, you'll belong to Ledger's People Team and a part of the People Relations Department led by its director. This is an exciting hyper growth opportunity, in which you'll get exposure to every team at Ledger, working with departments, senior leaders, and executives across the business.

    • Build a strong relationship with managers and employees located in our US offices (approximately 70 employees by the end of 2022 split between 2 locations: NYC, Portland, Oregon) on generalist HR topics as well as on complex issues and strategic HR projects
    • In conjunction with the People Relations Director, you will actively contribute to implement and operationally deploy Global HR programs designed by Centers of Excellence such as the Annual Salary Review, Talent Reviews, high performers and top talent schemes, Work life fit and engagement initiatives, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.
    • Adapt and customize Global HR Programs and Initiatives to ensure regional relevance both in terms of legislation and compliance as well as culturally.
    • Provide feedback from the region and propose innovative ideas, scalable at a global level, to improve the value proposition of the People team, in alignment with the global HR strategy.
    • In conjunction with the Talent Development team, deploy learning & development plans necessary to support the growth of our people and the business.
    • Implement transformation plans and accompany organizational changes
    • Effectively manage employee performance issues and departures in partnership with people managers
    • Provide coaching and counsel to managers on how to best engage and lead their teams

    • Profile:
    • 7-10 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist in a demanding, fast-paced and evolving environment, preferably in an international scale up.
    • Strong understanding of tech business issues
    • Solid understanding of employment regulations and implementation of HR policy
    • Strong business acumen (financial, legal, commercial.) as well as a good understanding of the challenges of our business model
    • Excellent communication skills, ability to influence the environment
    • Ability to assess and synthesize, problem solving
    • Leadership and Management skills
    • Ability to manage your work autonomously
