The opportunity


We currently are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to support EY’s Pega Practice delivery team. This is

a Service Delivery Center role with an expectation of colocation within our Alpharetta, GA based Delivery

Center as public health protocols and policy permit. Up to 20% travel may be expected to visit EY offices

or client locations. You will be performing analysis of client requirements, configuration of Pega low code

technology solutions based on system design specifications, development of software technology

solutions, ensuring system quality as well as other team-based activities in the practice.


Your key responsibilities


Our practice focuses on high value Business Transformation and Integration where the core of the

solution is the Pega platform and its industry solutions. You will work collaboratively with our clients to

establish and assist with the implementation of a business-driven vision for their IT functions. Day to day

this involves configuring the Pega platform and its data structures. Our aim is, with our clients, to

establish a business-driven vision for the future of their IT software systems and processes with a focus

on leading Automation software technologies.


Skills and attributes for success


In this role, you will be applying system analysis techniques and procedures including interviewing

various resources to gather required information, analysing and documenting requirements. You will

assist with determining the software or system functional specifications that allow for the successful

development/configuration of select Automation software solutions. Designing, building and documenting

queries to analyse data from various sources will also be required. You can expect to participate in

designing, development, documentation, analysis, creation, or modification of computer systems.

Participating in testing, whether application, system, integration and / or end user testing.


To qualify for the role you must have:


  • A minimum of three years on-the-job technology development experience in Pega
  • Pega Certified System Architect certification
  • Knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, Access, Oracle, DB2
  • Understanding of low-code/no-code development platforms, Object-Oriented programming

concepts and agile software implementation process

  • Computer software configuration or development experience in any of the following technologies:

Pega, Java, Python, C++, C#, .NET

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and strong

analytical skills

  • Effective time management skills with ability to manage competing priorities and adhere to project

deadlines

  • Integrity within a professional environment


Ideally, you’ll also have


  • Pega Certified Senior System Architect certification
  • Pega Certified Lead System Architect certification
  • Pega Certified Business Architect certification
  • Understanding of NoSQL database concepts
  • Understanding of User Experience (UX) concepts
