The Harpe Agency, LLC is the fastest growing Allstate agency in the Greenville area and is searching for an enthusiastic, hard-working, and driven Inside Sales Representatives to join our team in our Greenville office. Exceptional compensation for exceptional performance.

• Salary and compensation package of $40-$90k+ annually (base + commission and bonuses)

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.

• Applicants must currently possess or obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license prior to beginning employment.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Be capable of handling customer rejection.
• Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial (not a requirement).
