We have an immediate need for a Patient Service Representative II.: This position provides an outstanding first impression of Holy Family Memorial as the initial point of contact for patients in the clinic setting. Greets patients and visitors, answers telephones, schedules patient appointments, registers patients, processes insurance information & co-pays as needed, and performs visit closure. May be responsible for other office support duties as needed.

Qualifications::

• High School Diploma required
• Healthcare customer service & computer programs and/or completion of the Health Unit Coordinator program are preferred.
• Experience working in a medical office or medical receptionist setting is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to type minimum of 50 words per minute
• Excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment required.
