HealthONE is looking for Patient Safety Attendants!

Patient Safety Attendants have the unique opportunity to monitor patients virtually from our Division Office!

What you will do in this role:

The Patient Safety Attendant (PSA) participates in high-quality, patient-centered care by providing continuous observation and monitoring for high risk patients virtually from the HealthONE Division office. In collaboration with the patient care team, the PSA ensures the patient environment is free of obstacles and minimizes risk of falls and accidental or intentional self-harm. The PSA will also monitor the patient’s physical and emotional condition, reporting any changes in status promptly while continually observing the patient by remote monitor.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE:

6 months of experience in a hospital setting preferred.

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or GED required.

CERTIFICATIONS

Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred, but not required.

De-Escalation Training strongly preferred.

HOURS

Full-time (minimum 8 hour shift).

Shifts that are available will be posted.
