Job Description

Currently we are seeking a Patient Operations Associate who will be a key contributor in ensuring successful operations of multiple programs at SteadyMD.

Some core responsibilities include:

  • Provide support to our Patient Ops Lead and rest of team in day to day management of our live programs
    • Includes: scheduling, meeting our client time requirements
  • Track progress and results across your assigned partners and programs
  • As necessary, calling patients and clinicians to troubleshoot tech issues

Base Salary for this specific role will be $15/hour.
