We are looking for talented professionals to join our team at University of Maryland Medical System for the Skilled Nursing Facility COVID Response Team

General Summary

Under the direct supervision of the SNF Site Coordinator and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures, performs collection of COVID-19 test samples, validated patient care functions and applies technical skills of a limited uncomplicated nature. Fulfillment of the job duties requires the employee to have access to medication storage areas.


What You Need to Be Successful:

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED required.
  • MD State Nursing Assistant Certification required. Current CPR certification is required.
  • Completion of one of the following training programs: hospital based, community college, emergency medical technician, medical corpsmen or equivalent.
  • One year recent direct patient-care work experience in an acute care facility or equivalent is required
