Job Description
Responsibilities SUMMARY: Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of fee-for-service claims and account collections. Responsible for obtaining necessary information for the proper billing and/or collections of fee-for-service accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.QualificationsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree required. Knowledge of medical terminology required. Two years prior experience in medical billing/collections is preferred.
