Founded by CEO Danny Meyer with the opening of Union Square Cafe in 1985, Union Square Hospitality Group has created some of New York’s most beloved restaurants, cafes, and bars such as Gramercy Tavern, Maialino, The Modern, Marta and Porchlight to name a few!

We are looking for full-time Pastry Supervisor with a passion for desserts, a great attitude, exceptional work ethic and a desire to learn. The Pastry Supervisor will work closely with the Pastry Sous Chef to oversee production, cleanliness and organization. Ideal candidates must have a strong work ethic, able to lift 50 pounds and stand for 8+ hours. Reliability is key to the success of the team. He/she must have the ability to read and follow menus and recipes, complete basic mathematical calculations, and possess strong communication skills, and the ability to work within a team environment.   • Strong attention to detail
