Job Description

Our pastry team at Boulud Sud is growing! We are hiring an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie looking for the next step in their career and who is interested in growing with us at Boulud Sud, Chef Daniel Boulud’s Mediterranean-inspired restaurant across from Lincoln Center, on the Upper West Side.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Must have schedule flexibility (including nights and weekends)
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Passion for both classic and contemporary approaches to Pastry
  • Ability to multi-task in a face-paced environment
  • The role will work stations as needed, help with production, and assist in closing duties
  • Previous experience as a pastry cook or assistant is beneficial to this role
  • Knowledge of service, production, and classic French pastry techniques required
