Partnership Opportunity for Expert Aesthetic Practitioner

We are a medical Spa in Dallas that interested in partnering with an experienced Aesthetic Practitioner. This will offer a high level of autonomy and flexibility. We are offering a compensation structure that is typically only seen at the ownership level. This is a unique opportunity for an established provider.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience and their RN/NP/PA license must be in good standing. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about aesthetics, people-friendly, customer service oriented, self-motivated. and reliable.

We are seeking professionals who also have experience with variety of neurotoxin and dermal filler injections, vitamin shots, weight loss, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, micro-needling and hormone replacement therapy.

Job Description – Advanced NP/PA/RN Injector

Responsibilities:

• Perform various neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport Xeomin) and dermal fillers ( Juvederm, Radiesse, Restylane, Sculptra etc.) on patients providing the highest level of patient comfort, medspa experience, and results-driven satisfaction.

• Maintain an expert level of performance with regard to injectable use and standards of results.

• Administer customized and concentrated IV drips to patients.

• Provide skin rejuvenation treatments such as chemical peels, micro-needling and more.

• Knowledgeable in prescription weight loss treatments.

• Experience with Hormone Replacement Therapy including placement of pellets.

• Maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment for patients.

• Review each patient's records pre and post-treatment.

• Effectively communicate with medical director, and management.

• Err on the side of caution with regard to any outside or patient-specific variable that could impact treatment safety, patient comfort, or results

• Maintain all equipment, supplies and other procedural equipment to standard

• Proactively and within the context of individual patient needs, cross-sells other company products and services on a consultative basis

• Functions in goal-oriented team – respects monthly goals and ultimately accountable for monthly and annual revenue budgets (as defined by management team)

• Lead and participates in events– both onsite and offsite

• Participates in ongoing internal and external training initiatives/sessions (will include both CME and non-CME opportunities)

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience as a Cosmetic Injector/Aesthetic Injector and comfortable giving injections. This is not a training position.

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse, Advanced NP or PA in Texas.

• Proficiency in giving vitamin shots and discussing weight loss.

• Experience with neurotoxins, and a variety of dermal fillers.

• Strong Instagram portfolio/influence is required.

• American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR and AED) Program is required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification beneficial.

• Working weekends and having a flexible schedule is required.

• Excellent customer service, communication, & integrity.

• Ability to build and maintain rapport with patients.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay

• neurotoxin and dermal filler injections: 2 years (Preferred)
