  • Manage vendor accounts on a day-to-day basis for a variety of vendor categories.
  • Account management, customer service, brand project management, financial tracking, and reporting for all vendors.
  • Provide excellent customer service for franchisees, vendors, and internal departments in relation to vendor accounts.
  • Create and maintain marketing plans for each vendor account ensuring all contractual marketing obligations are met.
  • Contribute to the financial success of the department by achieving and tracking transactional revenue for vendors in specific category.
Your Experience, Skills & Competencies
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years’ experience in project coordination, account coordination, account management, analysis, marketing, or relationship marketing
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including PivotTables, data validation, VLOOKUP, etc.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven project management skills (e.g., execution, tracking, reporting, etc.)
  • Demonstrates key competencies to include effective communication, ensuring accountability, and self-development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working both within a team and on an individual basis
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus
Your Team This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Senior Director, Account & Initiative Development. You will have 5 peer teammates and collaborate with cross functional departments on a regular basis. Your Work Location As our Partner Services Specialist, you will be based in our beautiful, state-of-the-art worldwide corporate headquarters in Rockville, Maryland. Less than 15 miles from Washington, DC, we’re located directly across from the Rockville Metro station, with service on the Red Line and the MARC Brunswick line, easy access to I-270, and plenty of free parking provided by Choice Hotels. Right now, our associates in Rockville, MD are working in a hybrid environment, between two-four days per week in the office and working virtually the remaining days. We provide flexibility and encourage ongoing communication with your leadership to establish expectations about your unique needs.
