Job Description

As a Partner Implementation Specialist you will build and maintain strategic business relationships with enterprise partners, exceeding expectations through communication, analytics/reporting, training and, strategic planning.

In this role you will:

  • Act as the primary partner contact throughout the partner implementation process; escalate needs, issues, concerns to the business partners and management as appropriate
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and advocate for the Myndshft platform; ensure set up is consistent with the partners’ needs and expectations
  • Develop processes and tools that will enable visibility and tracking of progress around onboarding, rollout, and initial partner performance, particularly for complex, time-consuming partner onboarding projects
  • Work in coordination with non-partner facing Implementation team members to ensure successful implementation
  • Conduct telephone/web-based and/or face-face training sessions with new users
  • Work closely with our Sales team to ensure partner expectations are being met; provide technical expertise to support the Sales team when needed
  • Seamlessly transition new partners to ongoing Partner Success Support resources upon successful implementation

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a client/partner-facing position performing software implementations
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Google Suite work platform and web tools for conferencing and training
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage project completion with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively on project teams
  • Passionate about doing technology implementations
  • Expertise in articulating ideas and building relationships
  • High-energy, hard worker who sees things through
