Job Description (Role Profile)

Avid is seeking a Partner Account Manager based in Florida, who will drive and grow revenue for Avid through existing Channel Partner in LATAM by effectively leveraging the Avid Channel Program and through channel enablement strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Acts as a Partner Business Development, Partner Evangelist, Channel Enablement in any event with or for Partners.
  • Conducts activities from Avid to Disti /its Partners / Partner Prospects Network, ISVs/APs, System Integrators & Service Providers.
  • Works hand-in-hand with Sales Leader or Sales Reps to identify the best partner to execute an opportunity.
  • Enforces Partner Program (Training, Progress Demo Center, Opportunity Registration, etc.)
  • Prepares Partner Business Plan with Marketing Plan & Execute formal QBR with Partners (gets signed/quota commit)
  • Defines Sales and Technical Channel Enablement process & its cadence.
  • Utilizes Sales Force CRM for all activities and partner management.
  • Conducts Commercial Channel Enablement Training with Partner Sales Team and facilitate technical enablement and certification.
  • Supports Partner to identify how to generate opportunities within its installed base (GTM).
  • Thinks and execute co-Joint Demand Generation Activities.
  • Helps partners to execute first generated leads.
  • Manages partner’s quotation process.
  • Manages how partner execute Avid Leads.
  • Develops Partner Promotions.
  • Forecasts Review with Partner (1x week).
  • Helps Distis to Recruit new Partner.
  • Recruits and enable Strategic Local Partner.
  • Conducts Contract Discussion with Partner.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Ideally, you should be degree qualified with a high sales & industry experience with proven reseller account management success.
  • You must be able to demonstrate initiative and good judgment with an ability to work among a sales team, maintaining harmonious working relations at all times.
  • You are bilingual in Spanish and English and can adapt easily to different cultural environments.
  • You must have good organizational and administrative skills & be able to prioritize your workload.
  • You are a creative problem solver who can react quickly and multi-task.
  • You have excellent verbal and written interpersonal, presentation skills.
