Job Description

LOCATION

3901 Westerre Pkwy, Richmond VA, 23233

HOURS

20 Hours Part Time at the office to start, expected to transition to full time in 6-12 months

When Part Time we can set hours as 9:00AM-1:00PM, or 11:00AM-3:00PM, or 1:00PM-5:00PM

But once you are Full Time, we will need you to work 40 hours per week, 9:00AM-5:00PM

JOB DESCRIPTION

The financial representative assistant specializes in client service to execute efficient, organized processing of paperwork, allowing the Financial Advisor to focus energy on building client relationships. No sales duties required or giving any advice to clients.

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS

· $13.50/hour as Part Time, then transition to $30,000/yr when Full Time ($14.42/hour)

· 1 Week Paid Time Off when Full Time

· New Year’s Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day automatically days off

· There will be annual reviews for raises and potential for performance bonuses

· Other benefits possible in the future as we grow (health insurance/401k/life insurance)

Qualifications

· Trainable, fast learner and strong attention to detail

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Organizational and time management skills and ability to multitask

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to work both independently and on a team

· Ability to maintain confidentiality, must pass background check and fingerprints

· College education not needed, experience not needed, no age preference
