Part Time-Entry Level Chiropractic Assistant

Our Chiropractic/Physiotherapy Assistants are a direct representation of the company and should always conduct themselves in a professional manner. Chiropractic/Physiotherapy Assistants will provide superior customer service, including quality care, and concern with each patient. You must be able to deal with difficult circumstances in a calm and effective manner. You must possess the ability to multi-task while performing your duties in a high pace environment. No experience is required, but willingness to learn new things and be coached is a must! If you have a desire to help others and are not afraid of hard work, this position is perfect for you!

Duties & Essential Functions:

• Responsible for day-to-day Chiropractic assistant operations

• Assist and guide patients with care and all therapies

• Provide patients with DME and instructions on how to use DME effectively

• Scan all necessary documents into patients' file

• Communicate patient’s problem/complaint to the office case manager and Chiropractor

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Ability and willingness to treat all patients with the utmost kindness and consideration in the most trying situations

• Other related duties as the job requires

Requirements:

• Must demonstrate consistent professional conduct and meticulous attention to detail

• Most possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills with patients and staff

• Critical thinking skills and a positive attitude essential

• Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
