Part Time Cashier

Immediately hiring a Part-time Cashier/Receptionist for our Nissan store in Doylestown, PA!

Hours: 4pm-8pm a few days a week and every other Saturday 8-5pm. Possible day time availability.

The Cashier/Receptionist is responsible for answering telephones, making deposits, filing, and assisting the Service Department with clerical responsibilities.

• Assisting the Service Department with finalizing customer service and waiting on customers at the end of their appointment
• Closing out repair orders in the computer and ADP system
• Answering the phones in a prompt and pleasant manner
• Preparing and making deposits
• Filing assorted documents for both service and accounting departments
• Preparing pre-write appointment packets for the next day's service appointments
• Inputting of additional service requests
• Calculating payments and performing data entry
• Performing minor accounting and minor clerical work
