Job Description
The Paralegal will assist attorney(s) by providing support services in the following areas:
- Document preparation and review;
- Contract management;
- Research;
- Risk Committee minutes;
- Organizing meetings;
- Managing Attorney’s calendar and scheduling of work;
- Assist in preparation of board reports or other projects;
- Maintain smartsheets for projects;
- Managing requests from business units;
- Other projects as determined by General Counsel

- Experience with Contractworks
- Experience and working knowledge in creating Smartsheets
Experience & Educational Qualification:
- Paralegal certificate required.
- Associates degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
