DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (FNP or ANP) for a Pain Management service line in an assisted Living setting in New York.

Practice Features and Requirements

• Will consider experienced providers or strong new grads.
• Outpatient clinic setting.
• Duties are evals, injections, med management, small procedures, and follow-ups.
• Flexible Schedule
• No call and no weekends.
• Full autonomy once established.
• EMR.
• Compensation negotiable
• Possible multi-site coverage
