Purpose of the Paid Advertising Performance Specialist

Optimize paid advertising campaigns on search engines, social media platforms, and other channels that maximize the online presence of businesses. Collaborate with team members on campaign strategy and value communication.

Essential Duties

  • Manage paid search, display, social, and video advertising campaigns
  • Participate in integrated marketing campaign planning with team members
  • Train account managers on product offerings and value communication
  • Share ideas for product improvements and innovations with leadership

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as marketing, business, math, or communications; or 1+ years of related experience
  • Experience with PPC campaign management
  • Google Ads Certification

Preferred, But Not Required

  • Experience with Facebook Business Manager
  • Google Analytics Certification
