Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects for Kindred Pest Control. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote, and sell residential pest control service using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to prospective customers through cold calling to neighbors of existing customers
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and leaders
  • Apply provided training to become an expert in residential pest control
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Willing to travel and live in company-provided housing

Skills

  • Comfortable using an iPad tablet
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Preferred but not required: BS/BA degree or equivalent

Housing will be provided as needed, there will be travel for this position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,018.00 - $132,654.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay
