About the Job
We're hiring an Outpatient Program Manager at our DownTown Clinic in Medford, Oregon. The Outpatient Program Manager will assist the Program Director in planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical and operational aspects of outpatient program activities, including policies and procedures. They will adopt and implement administrative and clinical supervision practices that promote staff development and resilience. The Outpatient Program Manager will provide supervision to QMHPs and QMHAs to meet OAR standards and assist them in increasing their skills, improving quality of services, and compliance with program policies. They will ensure that all staff receive training and regular performance evaluations.
The Outpatient Program Manager will also manage clinic activities such as coordination with referring partners, delegating work assignments, and coordinating clinic schedules. They will apply and capture meaningful metrics to measure the Outpatient Program's progress towards stated goals and report outcomes on a regular basis.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time Day)
What You’ll Make
Starting at $6,000+ per month DOE/Credentials. Additional compensation offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).
About the Program
Our Outpatient Program provides assessment and evaluation, treatment plan development, clinically indicated outpatient therapy, case management, skills training, and psychiatric (medication) services.
ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. QMHP employees are also eligible to apply for the Oregon Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program. DownTown Clinic is an approved NHSC worksite by the Oregon Office of Rural Health (ORH) for the Oregon Health Care Provider Loan Repayment Program, for eligible licensed employees who apply.
What You’ll Need
  • A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related behavioral science field
  • To meet QMHP requirements and have completed THREE (3) YEARS of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
  • A License by the State of Oregon to practice independently in your field (Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) is preferred

Successful applicants must also have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
